I'm proud of the fact that almost every project comes in right on budget. I'm also proud of the fact that I deliver the same high-quality and difficult projects that other high-end builders do but I can do it for much less than they can. This is really where I shine.

One hallmark for me is transparency. We have a system in place so you can see where all your money is going. This is really quite unique in my industry; I don't know of another builder that does this. I've found this to be very helpful to you as the client to feel at ease knowing where your money is being spent.

We've built this business from the ground up and kept it lean with a small, dedicated team. We have a small team of superintendents that you will have a direct line with throughout the project, ensuring you're always in the loop. It's easy to reach out, and we prioritize a personal connection to make sure your experience is smooth and efficient.

Besides over two decades of experience, I trained under a licensed commercial and residential Contractor for over 7 years, full-time. They now allow anyone who wants to go sign up to be a Contractor. Here, you will always find highly trained and highly skilled professionals.

What if we want changes during the process?

I have consistently delivered high-end, quality projects for the last 15 years. Clients know they can trust me with their money. If you want changes, we'll go over the budget and you will sign off on it. As changes happen during the project, anything that is under budget will be returned back to you.

I provide clear directions on where to go and who to call in order to pick each item at the commencement of each project. I also provide deadlines when making these selections which helps both you and I stay on schedule.

I learned my craft from working from the ground up. I didn't have family in the industry so I drove up to Park City the day after I graduated college (about 25 years ago!) and started framing large custom homes for $12/hour. It was tough work, but I wouldn't have it any other way. After a few years of promotions in the industry, I then decided to go out on my own and now here I am.
